ACER RUB BRANDYWINE
Grower Notes:

The Brandywine Red Maple is a male selection (seedless) that typically grows 25 feet tall in roughly 12 years, eventually maturing to 25-30 feet tall. Leaves are green with a glaucous green hue underneath in summer, maturing to bright scarlet to purple through fall.

The Brandywine Red Maple is a cross between the October Glory and Autumn Flame Red Maples. It has significant resistance to the potato leafhopper. It thrives in full sun and prefers evenly moist, slightly acidic, well-drained soils. It truly is a standout red maple and is ideal for any residential lawn, street, and park planting.
